We are pleased to invite you to the 58th Annual Springtime Tallahassee Festival weekend, March 27-28, 2026. If you’ve celebrated this Festival with us before, we hope you’ll join us again for an exciting, fun-filled weekend. If you’re new to our Festival, get ready for some outstanding hospitality and a weekend you won’t soon forget!

What: Float viewing, chili cook-off, open bar, heavy appetizers, music, & dancing.
Attire: Krewe costume, theme attire or Krewe casual.
9:30 PM – 10:15 PMContinuous shuttle service to Doubletree Hotel
10:30 PM – 12:30 AMHospitality Suite – Doubletree Hotel 2nd floor, wristband entry.

Friday March 27th

9:30 AMBuses depart Doubletree for Teddy Bear Run to Gene Cox Stadium
10:00 AM – Noon Teddy Bear Run – Gene Cox Stadium, 601 Paul Russell Rd, wristband entry
What: Greet Leon County Schools ESE children in costume; visit with children, let them experience floats, giveaways, etc. in a stationary parade.
Attire: Krewe costumes; parade attire.
What to Bring: Giveaways such as beads, toys, etc., and of course teddy bears! (No food)
Noon – 1:00 PM Teddy Bear Run Lunch – Walk from Gene Cox, wristband entry
What: Lunch hosted by Governor 54 Pete Mabry and First Lady Debbie Mabry for those handing out smiles at the Teddy Bear Run.
12:45 PMBus departs from Gene Cox, return to Doubletree Hotel
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Bourbon & Bubbles – Eve on Adams, Doubletree Rooftop, wristband entry
What: Casual bourbon & champagne sipping event; cash bar available.
Attire: Krewe casual.
4:00 PM – 5:30 PMHospitality Suite – Doubletree Hotel 2nd floor, wristband entry.
6:00 PM – 10:30 PM Music Festival (Day 1) – Kleman Plaza, walk from Doubletree Hotel
What: Outdoor live concert with national entertainment.
Free concert for general admission; cash beer & food concessions available.
Paid Option: VIP Lounge – private restroom, open bar with beer & wine, and dinner. Requires special lanyard for entry. See event costs for pricing.
11:30 PM – 12:30 AMHospitality Suite – Doubletree Hotel 2nd floor, wristband entry.

Saturday March 28th

11:30 AM – 4:30 PM Music Festival (Day 2) – Jubilee Main Stage, S Adams St & College Ave
What: Live concert featuring local and regional talent. Free concert with cash bar and food concessions.
5:00 PM – 7:00 PMHospitality Suite – Doubletree Hotel, 2nd floor, wristband entry.
7:45 PM – 8:15 PMContinuous shuttle service from Doubletree Hotel for Crash Party
8:00 PM – 11:00 PMCrash Party – The Moon, 1105 E. Lafayette St.
Theme: “Pajama Party,” hosted by War & Reconstruction
Attire: Theme-based costume or Krewe casual.
10:30 PM – 11:15 PMContinuous shuttle service to return to Doubletree Hotel from Crash Party
11:30 PM – 1:00 AMHospitality Suite – Doubletree Hotel, 2nd floor, wristband entry.

Sunday March 29th
