Admission, Parking & Policies

Are pets allowed at the event?

Yes, we allow pets and service animals at the event. We ask that they stay on a lease and are cleaned up after properly.

Can I bring chairs to the Music Festival on Kleman Plaza?

Due to the location of the stage and limited space, we do not allow chairs to be set up in front of the stage during the performances on Friday night.

Where should I plan to park?

There are several available parking garages that will be open free of charge. Kleman Plaza will also be open to the public for $5 for the day.

Can I have info on the Springtime Races?

The springtime office does not organize the Springtime races. For more info go to springtime10k.com.

Is the festival free to attend?

Yes! The Music Festival on Kleman Plaza, Jubilee in the Park, and Grand Parade are free to attend and open to the public. No tickets are required.

What are the dates for the 2026 Festival?

March 27th & 28th

  • Music Festival on Kleman Plaza, Friday March 27th, 5:30-l0:30PM
  • Grand Parade, Saturday March 28th, 10:30AM- Noon
  • Jubilee in the Park, Saturday March 28th, 9AM-5PM

Vendor/Parade Participation

How do I sign up to be a vendor or parade participant at this year’s event?

Please visit our Vendor & Parade Applications tab on our website to complete the application.

I am a beverage vendor/plan to vend beverages at my food booth, can I particiape/is this allowed?

Due to our sponsorship contract with Coca-Cola, vendors are not allowed to sell any water, soft drinks, or sports drinks at our events. Only coffee and smoothies are allowed to be sold by a vendor.

We plan to have an entry of walkers in the parade, is that O.K.?

No, the only walking units allowed are marching bands.

  • Any walking unit wishing to participate in the parade must include at least one decorated vehicle with their

What time is setup/line-up on the day of the event?

JUBILEE: Vendor Setup is 5:30-8:30AM. Vendors are not required to be on the premises at 5:30 if their booth setup is not projected to take the full 3 hours; however, all vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking area by 8:30AM.

PARADE: Parade lineup is 7:00-l0AM. Everyone, including walkers, MUST be in place no later than 9AM.

Weather, Safety & Lost Items

I lost an item while at one of the events. What should I do?

Please check with the Springtime Information booth as soon as possible to see if it was turned into the lost & found. If you realize after the event has ended, please call the Springtime office at (850) 583-9613 and we can check our inventory.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Springtime Tallahassee Staff and City officials will monitor the weather leading up to the event and will make announcements on our website and social media accounts should any adjustments be made.
