Parking & Venue Access
- Accessible parking spaces are available close to venue. See attached map for designated locations.
- The route from parking areas as well as event area are city sidewalks and public streets that are blocked, making the areas wheelchair friendly and as accessible as possible.

Mobility Accommodations
- Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located throughout the venue.
Communication & Visual Assistance
- Printed materials are available at the Springtime Information Booth displaying written information on vendor booth locations, performance times, restrooms, emergency services and more.
Animals
- Animals are welcome at the event, including service animals. All animals must be on a leash and cleaned up after properly.
Health & Safety
- First aid services are available throughout the event. See map of locations.
- If a child becomes separated from their parent or guardian, please alert the nearest event staff member immediately and go to the Emergency Command Post.
